Scope Of Work:

Complete strip out of all floors including electrical and mechanical services, environmental remediation, removal of a pedestrian bridge on the 8th floor to the adjacent building.  Roof openings and additional mechanical floor added providing access for the retractable roof over the roof top bar.  This historic office building was converted to a hotel.
